1. The first type is semi-auto solder paste printer.

2.The second type is full-auto SMT stencil printer
The solder paste is printed on the pads of the components on the substrate, but the volume of the surface-mounted components is becoming smaller and finer, so the design of the circuit substrate is correspondingly smaller and smaller. Therefore, printing solder paste should also greatly improve its accuracy and efficiency. At present, most electronic product manufacturers in the market have switched from semi-automatic printing machines to automatic solder paste printing machines to produce SMT products. The loading and unloading of the PCB are completed by the edge-loaded conveyor belt. The process parameters such as the blade speed, the blade pressure, the printing length, and the non-contact pitch are all programmable. PCB positioning uses positioning holes or board edges. Some devices can even use a vision system to align the PCB and the steel plate by themselves. When using this type of vision system, errors caused by edge positioning can be avoided, and positioning It became easy and manual positioning was confirmed to be replaced by the visual system. The newer solder paste printers also have a video lens, which can monitor the printing situation at any time to make corrections.
