There are two solutions for producing led strip. One is normal smt production line, this line can produce normal led pcb of led bulb, tube, panel, strip. If the strip length is short it is no problem. But if need produce long strip, like 10m, 20m even 50m strip then need an professional production line.

Let's see the equipment of this line. First one is led strip loader, next one is semi-auto printer, and then belt line, and then led pick place machine, after pick place machine is belt line, and then reflow oven, after reflow oven with one led strip unloader. The led pick place machine is professional for led strip production, and only can handle strip. This line is only can be used for led strip production.
