Letter of apology and clarification of wrong description of relationship between ICT and Rehm

To Whom It May Concern,

I.C.T team is sending its official apology regarding the wrong description and misleading news about acquisite REHM-Suneast mainland factory, Rehm's original team and intellectual property, shared by new colleague,  I.C.T company hereby clarifies detail points as follows:

1. I.C.T never made Mergers and Acquisitions to REHM and REHM-Suneast mainland joint factory, So does Rehm's original team and intellectual property .

There is no direct or indirect business relationship between I.C.T and Rehm.

2.I.C.T promises that I.C.T will remove all false information about Rehm in the media and send apology and clarification email to all the misleading customers.

3.I.C.T internally sales, marketing, and operations departments have held meetings to carry out comprehensive corrective measures to avoid similar situations happening again.

4. Rehm is an excellent company in SMT industry field, which is worthy of learning and respect from all I.C.T.

5. I.C.T apologizes again for the inconvenience and distress caused to Rehm team. We will strengthen the monitoring and management of all links and jointly maintain business order.
