Responsible for the contract management of the company, the determination of business terms in the project and contract signing; with the power to provide pricing standards to the marketing department to ensure profit objectives.

 

Establish a good SMT machine procurement system and supplier evaluation system, evaluate suppliers, determine qualified suppliers list, and maintain relevant records of supplier credibility, financial status, service and supply channels.

 

Responsible for the purchase and transportation of equipment, software products and supporting facilities in the contract. Upon arrival of the goods, the relevant departments of the company shall organize the acceptance of the purchased goods in accordance with the contract, purchase list and other acceptance criteria, and keep the acceptance records; timely notify the supplier of the unqualified materials for acceptance.

 

Responsible for the packaging, storage and delivery of SMT machines (to users). To coordinate and bear delays and other economic losses caused by negligence in procurement activities.

 

Responsible for the purchase of fixed assets. Provide repair advice to company repair facilities and implement spare parts ordering or maintenance work.

SMT R&D Department

The comprehensive project contract is reviewed and signed before signing. It has the right to participate in the decision-making of SMT scheme and SMT equipment selection and configuration.
